Our story begins in 1992 when our first store opened its doors. Over the years, after opening a second store, our desire to develop changed its direction.
2016 was the year we created our farm in the village of Dolna Bela Rechka. In it, we raise French Alpine goats, Jersey and Blue Mental cows, and Lacon sheep. Along with the farm, we also built a dairy where we only process milk obtained from our animals. This is where our yogurt and cheese production comes from - sheep, goat, and cow.
In 2019, we also started producing meat products. They are prepared from chilled meat, without soy and soy products, poultry meat, mechanically deboned meat, and without any other fillers, colorings, or meat substitutes.
The latest addition to our assortment is Serbian hand-turned crusts. Suitable for both pie, baklava, or strudel. Their composition is immaculate - flour, water, salt.
We currently have 5 physical sites on the territory of the city of Sofia.
